Changelog

What's new

Everything we've shipped to TG Flows — newest first.

63 milestones since June 10, 2026

  1. New TG Flows logo

    Platform
    • Meet our new logo — a connected triangle symbolising flow. You'll see it across the app, the website, emails, the home-screen icon and link-share previews.
  2. Fair capacity upgrades — you only pay the difference

    Billing
    • Raising an active bot's capacity no longer asks for a brand-new full payment. You pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the period you've already paid (charged to your saved card), and the full new price starts from the next period. The dialog shows the exact amount before you confirm.
    • Lowering capacity is free and immediate — the lower price applies from the next period.
    • Each bot has its own subscription named after it (invoices and the billing portal show exactly which bot you're paying for), all under one customer account. Cancelling one bot's subscription never touches your other bots.
  3. Terms of Service 2.0 and checkout consents

    PlatformBilling
    • The Terms were rewritten into a full production version (2.0): complaints and defect rights, a clear “active subscriber” definition, CZK contract pricing, renewal and cancellation rules, consumer withdrawal with a model form, a GDPR Art. 28 data-processing agreement as an annex, indemnification and international clauses. The obsolete EU ODR link was removed.
    • Activating a subscription now requires confirming the terms and an express request to start; after payment you receive an order-confirmation email with a recap, document links and the withdrawal notice.
  4. New tgflows.com — the app takes center stage

    Platform
    • The landing page is all new: instead of decoration it shows the real app screens — the Bots page, inbox, flow editor, campaigns and audience. Pricing is the same interactive slider as the in-app checkout.
    • Everything on the site is honest: no invented numbers, clear info about the 7 free days and about paying via Stripe in CZK with the exact amount shown in your currency.
  5. Bot activation, redesigned

    BillingBots
    • The activation dialog is now a clean checkout: one big price that recalculates live with the slider, one-tap capacity presets, and a button showing the exact amount you'll pay. Yearly billing shows your savings up front.
    • Managing an active bot shows the price and current capacity usage in one place. Cancelling is a clear “Cancel subscription” button — it opens the secure Stripe portal and takes effect at the end of the paid period, so you lose nothing.
  6. The Bots page, all new — every bot tells you what to do next

    Bots
    • The card grid became a clean list: each bot shows one plain-language status sentence and one highlighted next step (link Telegram, share your link, activate…). Bots that need you float to the top.
    • A new “Setup” meter walks newcomers through their first steps and disappears once done. The trial countdown sits right next to the bot's name and activation is always one click away.
  7. Persistent bot menu — buttons wired to scenarios

    BotsAutomations
    • In Settings → Menu you can now build a persistent menu: buttons subscribers always see under the typing field. Each button auto-creates a scenario with the same name (filed under the “Menu” folder on the Scenarios tab) — you click together what the button does in the editor.
    • The menu attaches itself to the bot's messages (welcome, scenarios and campaigns), and buttons can be reordered with arrows.
  8. Bot profile now edits Telegram directly

    Bots
    • The name, description (“What can this bot do?”) and bio in Settings → Connection now save straight to Telegram — exactly what your subscribers see. The form loads the current values from Telegram first, so you always edit the real thing.
    • Fields got character counters matching Telegram's limits, plus a clear note that the @username and profile photo can only be changed via @BotFather.
    • The sidebar “Add bot” button now opens the connect dialog in place (no redirect), and the dialog itself got a modern refresh.
  9. Team: redesigned page, member self-service, and tighter privacy

    Platform
    • The Team page has a fresh look: a seat overview, member cards with last sign-in and an icon summary of their access, one-click role presets (Support, Marketer, Analyst, Full management) and a clearer permission editor.
    • Pending invites now show when they expire and can be re-sent or copied as a direct link (in case the e-mail lands in spam).
    • Invited members can finally manage their own account: upload their own profile photo, change name, password, 2FA and language — and leave the team any time. Billing and workspace deletion stay owner-only.
    • Fixed a bug where members without a photo could show the owner's profile picture. Members now see strictly the sections you allow — we tightened permission checks across the whole app (home screen, bots, campaigns, notifications, channels, billing and settings).
  10. Teams: invite colleagues and control exactly what they can see and do

    Platform
    • A new Team section in the top menu (owner only). Invite a colleague by e-mail — one click on the link creates their account and joins them, no separate workspace to set up.
    • For each member you tick exactly what they can do: Conversations, Campaigns, Bots & automations, Audience & tags (per section: none / view only / manage) plus Analytics access. Adding/deleting bots, billing, settings and channels stay owner-only.
    • You can restrict a member to specific bots — they then see and manage only those (across conversations, campaigns, audience and the bot list). Other bots simply don't exist for them.
    • Change permissions any time — they take effect immediately; you can remove a member (their sent messages and notes stay in the conversations). Pending invites are all in one place and revocable.
  11. Scenario editor: simpler, snappier, and buttons that lead onward

    AutomationsPlatform
    • Blocks in the scenario editor now open with a single click — it used to take two, which slowed editing down.
    • The Pause step now supports seconds (1–60 s) for short, natural gaps between messages — alongside minutes, hours and days.
    • New "Continue with a message" button: a dot on the button lets you drag a connection to the next block — tapping it smoothly continues the same scenario. Buttons now also render like Telegram on the canvas.
    • Deleting a block is now two-step (a click arms the trash, a second confirms), so you can't lose a block you were building by accident.
    • We tidied the palette down to what's actually used (Message, Pause, Action, Filter, Random split, Jump to scenario) and dropped the more confusing options. Existing scenarios keep working and stay editable.
    • The zoom controls no longer sit under the side Chats panel, and leaving an edited scenario now warns about unsaved changes.
    • You can now create a tag right inside the Add/Remove tag action — if the bot has none (or you want a new one), type a name, pick a colour, and it's applied on the spot. No detour to the Tags section.
  12. Chats open at the latest message and mobile got a major polish pass

    InboxPlatform
    • Opening a conversation (in the inbox and the side Chats panel) now reliably lands you on the latest message — previously photos and voice notes loading in pushed you mid-history and you had to scroll down. The view now stays glued to the newest message until you scroll up yourself.
    • Mobile no longer drifts sideways or zooms on its own: double-tap doesn't zoom the page, the grey tap flash is gone, and page content can no longer push the whole dashboard sideways.
    • Touch controls are finally comfortable: bigger tap targets across the app (message actions, list checkboxes, filters, the voice player, the campaign editor) and buttons that used to appear only on mouse hover (delete, dismiss, trash) are now always visible on mobile. Hover-only explanations now show on mobile too.
    • Contact search is now in the mobile menu — previously it existed only in the top bar on large screens.
    • The flow editor on a phone: the top bar fits the screen, the scenario preview no longer traps page scrolling, connection handles are finger-sized, and node actions (duplicate/delete) appear by tapping the node.
  13. Smart audience filters and smooth loading of the shared audience

    BotsPlatform
    • A bot's Audience tab gets a new filter bar: pick one or more tags (or contacts with no tag at all), status (active / blocked the bot), activity (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, inactive 30+ days) and when the contact joined. Filters combine freely, you instantly see how many contacts match, and one click clears them.
    • Bot comparison: the shared-audience list no longer pages by 25 — more people load automatically as you scroll, with a “Loaded X of Y” counter at the bottom. Scroll through the whole list and the header checkbox selects everyone, so you can bulk-tag the entire shared audience at once.
    • After bulk-tagging in Bot comparison the tag now shows up on the selected people immediately — the list no longer reloads, so you don't lose your scroll position.
    • A bot's starter automations now sort naturally in the Triggers list: Welcome message → Standard reply → After unsubscribe → commands (the order used to be random).
    • Quick range chips in Bot statistics (All / 7 / 30 / 90 days / This month) now apply instantly on click and the active one stays highlighted — which also makes it clear that “All” on a fresh bot means its entire (possibly one-day) history.
    • Bot statistics now fits all five metrics on one row and churn is called “Unsubscribed” (instead of “Lost”) — right next to New subscribers, so growth and churn compare at a glance. The rename applies across Analytics too.
  14. The welcome message you set during setup now actually sticks

    AutomationsPlatform
    • During first-time setup (onboarding) you could edit the welcome message, but the change wasn't saved — the dashboard then showed the original default, not yours. Fixed: what you write in that step is now saved and is exactly what you see in the welcome flow. If the welcome is left empty, you get a clear prompt to fix it instead of being let through with a blank.
    • A new bot's default texts (welcome + standard reply) now match your language — a Czech account gets Czech, an English one gets English.
    • The last setup step now nudges you to “Message your bot /start and watch it reply” — one button opens your bot in Telegram, so you confirm it works and get your first subscriber.
    • The connect-a-bot step now shows an illustrated @BotFather chat preview, so you can see exactly how to get your token and where it goes.
  15. The welcome message can no longer be deleted by accident

    Automations
    • The welcome message (the /start trigger) is core to every bot, so it can no longer be deleted — the trash button is gone for it. If you don't want it, just switch it off with the toggle or edit its text. That way you can never lose it and be left wondering how to bring it back.
  16. Quick chats now open from a bottom-right button

    Inbox
    • The side “Chats” tab is now a floating button in the bottom-right corner — the spot you know from Messenger and live-chat widgets. It's more visible, opens the chats panel in one tap, and is always within reach on desktop and mobile. Unread count shows right on the button.
  17. Platform security hardening

    Platform
    • We ran a thorough security audit of the whole app and tightened several layers of protection — stronger login limits and safeguards, harder checks on outbound requests from automations, real file-type verification on uploads, and new browser security headers. Data isolation between accounts was reviewed and is solid. Nothing changes for you — everything works as before, just safer.
  18. Campaigns now send up to 5× faster

    Campaigns
    • Campaign sending is now 20–25 messages per second instead of ~4 — a 5,000-person campaign goes out in ~4 minutes instead of twenty. Messages are sent concurrently with a hard ceiling safely under Telegram's limits, so your bot never risks a ban. Progress, delivery stats and double-send protection work exactly as before.
    • Deleting a campaign from Telegram (manual or scheduled) got the same speed-up — messages disappear from subscribers' chats at ~25 per second. Sending and deleting on one bot never fight over rate limits: deletion takes priority and the campaign resumes right after.
  19. Side chats now do everything Conversations can

    Inbox
    • The side Chats panel got a full message composer: an emoji picker (the new quick picker is in Conversations too), attachments — photos, videos and files, including albums of up to 10 photos — and voice-message recording.
    • Hover (or tap) a message in the panel to react with an emoji, reply with a quote, edit your text or delete it. Reactions and quotes now render on the bubbles too — just like Telegram.
    • Each chat in the list now carries the logo of the bot it belongs to — you spot the bot at a glance by its picture instead of reading the name. Logos show in the bot picker up top too.
  20. Deleted campaigns remember their recipients

    Campaigns
    • When you delete a campaign from Telegram, the recipients list no longer disappears — it stays on the detail page as history with struck-through names and a “Deleted” status. You can always trace who received a campaign, even after removing it.
  21. Bot comparison — who follows both and who to reach next

    Bots
    • New page Analytics → Bot comparison: pick two bots and instantly see how many people follow both (same person = same Telegram account), who's only in one — a perfect audience for a cross-promo — and both bots' metrics head-to-head (reachable, active, new, lost, average messages). Plus growth curves for both bots and the shared audience over time.
    • The shared-audience list comes with search and sorting — tick people to select them and add a tag in bulk: choose which of the two bots the tag belongs to, then pick an existing tag or create a new one on the spot.
  22. Saved — a personal space for every bot

    Bots
    • Every bot has a new “Saved” tab — it works like Telegram's Saved Messages. Keep texts, photos, videos and files (type a note and hit Enter, or attach files with the paperclip), sort them into your own folders (say Spam or Assets), pin the important ones, search, copy with one click. Nothing here is ever sent anywhere — it's your private space for each project.
  23. Lost-contact tracking

    Bots
    • A new statistic shows how many people blocked your bots or deleted their account — in real time, straight from Telegram. Find it in Analytics as a New vs. lost subscribers daily chart, and on each bot's Statistics as the Lost metric. When someone comes back to the bot, they're no longer counted as lost.
  24. Side chat — conversations one click away from anywhere

    InboxBots
    • A new “Chats” tab lives on the right edge of the screen. It opens a side panel with all your conversations — search, per-bot filter and an Unread tab — where you can read and reply directly, wherever you are in the app. The unread count shows right on the tab, and the full Conversations view is one click away.
    • In a bot's Audience, just click a subscriber's name and their chat opens instantly in the side panel — even if they haven't messaged you yet.
  25. Honest error messages and cleanup after a deleted campaign

    InboxCampaigns
    • When Telegram refuses a message edit, we now tell you the real reason. The most common snag: the chat has auto-delete enabled — Telegram doesn't allow editing messages with a timer (for anyone). Previously this incorrectly showed as the 48-hour limit having expired. Saving an edit without changing the text now simply closes the editor, just like in Telegram.
    • Deleting a campaign now also tidies up Conversations: messages that were actually removed from subscribers' Telegram chats disappear from their threads and list previews too. Previously they lingered in conversations, making it look like subscribers could still see the campaign.
    • The sent-messages statistics (Home and Analytics) are now permanent: deleting a campaign from Telegram no longer retroactively lowers your sent count — what was sent stays counted. The numbers reflect actually delivered messages.
  26. Send several photos in one message

    Inbox
    • In conversations you can now send 2 to 10 photos or videos at once as a single album — exactly how your subscriber sees it in Telegram. Click the paperclip and pick several files (or keep adding them one by one until you're done); thumbnails appear above the box and each can be removed on its own. Any text you write with the album goes out as the caption on the first photo.
  27. Two-factor authentication (2FA)

    Platform
    • In Settings → Security you can now turn on two-factor authentication. Scan a QR code into an app like Google Authenticator, Authy or 1Password, and from then on each sign-in asks for a six-digit code (which rotates every 30 seconds) on top of your password. Even if someone guesses your password, they can't get in without your phone. When you enable it you get 10 backup codes in case you lose your phone — keep them somewhere safe. Google sign-in isn't affected, since Google already protects that.
    • Deleting your account is irreversible, so we put a check in front of it: before you can delete, you now enter your password — and, if you have 2FA on, a verification code too. Someone who just sits down at your unlocked computer can no longer wipe your account by accident or on purpose. (Google-only accounts aren't asked for a password — Google verifies them.)
  28. Account security & a tidier menu

    Platform
    • Changing your password now automatically signs you out on every other device — so if you ever suspect someone got into your account, just change your password and their session stops working immediately. We also ran a full security review of the app and hardened a few things under the hood.
    • We tidied the left menu: the “Audience” section (Subscribers and Tags) is gone, since both live directly under each bot. Manage tags in the bot detail, and find contacts via the search at the top.
  29. In-app support, right where you are

    Platform
    • There's a new “Support” button at the bottom of the left sidebar. Click it, choose whether you want to suggest an improvement or contact support, and chat with our team right there in the window. No emails, no leaving the app: you write, we reply, and you see the answer in the same popup (with an unread badge on the Support button). A half-written message is kept if you close the window.
  30. “Typing…” and “Wait for reply” now live inside a message

    Automations
    • We streamlined the flow builder. “Typing…” and “Wait for reply” used to be separate steps you added next to a message and wired up with a line. Now you'll find them right inside the message editor under “Add…” — alongside Text/Image/Video/File/Audio. “Typing…” shows the typing indicator before the message sends (feels more human), and “Wait for reply” pauses the flow after sending until the contact answers, storing their reply in a variable. Both tiles are gone from the left rail and the “Add next step” menu for a cleaner canvas. Your existing flows keep working unchanged.
  31. Profile photos everywhere they belong

    Platform
    • We went through the whole app and added photos where only initials or a generic icon used to show: the Bot column in Subscribers, bots on the Automations list, internal note authors in Conversations, and admin search results. Photos are now fetched for blocked contacts too. And once you link your own Telegram to a bot, the app adopts your Telegram photo for your account — the top-right circle no longer has to be just initials.
  32. Subscribers: a clear “Blocked the bot” status

    Platform
    • When a subscriber blocks or stops your bot on Telegram, the Subscribers page used to hide it behind a generic “Inactive” while the bot detail said “Blocked the bot”. Both pages now speak the same language — a red “Blocked the bot” chip and a matching filter, so you can instantly see who can no longer be reached.
    • Contacts you blocked yourself no longer masquerade as active in Subscribers — they leave the default view (just like campaigns and counts already did) and live under a new “Blocked” filter. The header count now matches the sidebar number. And search fields across the app no longer trigger Safari's saved-password suggestion.
  33. Campaigns: exact deletion time and a cleaner list

    Campaigns
    • Auto-delete can now be set to the exact minute — simply Today / Tomorrow / In 2 days plus a custom time (say 14:35); only times inside Telegram's 48-hour window are accepted, with the allowed range shown right under the field. Pick it in the campaign editor (scheduled sends included), on a sent campaign's detail, or from the ⋯ menu in the list. The campaign list is cleaner too: a pending deletion shows right next to the campaign status, and the clicks column moved to the detail page.
  34. Campaigns: schedule deletion of sent messages

    Campaigns
    • A campaign can now clean up after itself. In the editor pick “Auto-delete” (e.g. 24 hours after sending) and the messages delete themselves from subscribers' Telegram chats. For an already-sent campaign you can schedule the deletion afterwards (or cancel it) right on its detail page. Telegram only allows deletion within 48 hours of sending, so the app watches that window and only offers times that still fit.
  35. Bots: a switch that actually switches, and cleaner cards

    Bots
    • The switch on the bot card now does exactly what it promises: a switched-off bot stops replying, automations pause and campaigns can't be sent (with a confirmation before switching off). Cards are cleaner — only what matters instead of three green chips, a capacity usage bar, proper count grammar and an Open button. The “Over capacity” warning is computed from the capacity you actually bought, and subscriber numbers finally reconcile across the app.
  36. Campaigns: duplication, clicks and more reliable sending

    Campaigns
    • Duplicate a campaign in one click — content and targeting travel into a fresh draft, just tweak and send. The list gained tabs (All / Drafts / Scheduled / Sent), a visible search box, and the always-identical “Delivered” column was replaced with button clicks and CTR. Scheduled campaigns can be canceled right from the list, sent ones renamed, and an in-flight send ticks live. On phones the list renders as clean cards.
    • Under the hood sending got much safer: over-long messages are stopped in the editor before they can fail (Telegram's 4096/1024 limits), transiently failed recipients get one automatic retry, a campaign's recipients list no longer vanishes after 48 hours, and the detail now shows failures and clicks. “Send now” in the row menu always confirms the audience size first.
  37. New messages find you: in-app alerts + in-thread search

    Inbox
    • When a new message arrives while you're anywhere else in the app, a card pops up in the bottom-right corner with the contact, a preview and a soft chime — click it to jump straight into that chat (mute the sound with one click in the conversation list). The magnifier in the thread header now searches the whole chat history and jumps between matches. And the double-check button marks every conversation as read at once.
  38. Inbox: teammate assignment and cleaner filters

    Inbox
    • You can now assign a conversation to a specific teammate, not just yourself. Three stacked filter bars collapsed into one row with a tidy panel, so the list shows more chats. The contact panel also shows segments and message counts, and we fixed a batch of small bugs — from the thread jumping on new messages to duplicate rows when scrolling a long list.
  39. Channels are here — scheduled posts to Telegram channels

    Channels
    • The new Channels module is open to everyone. Connect a channel where your bot is an admin and write or schedule posts right from TG Flows — with buttons, images, pinning and automatic unpin or delete after a chosen time. A queue watches publishing, so scheduled posts go out exactly on time.
  40. Cleaner Settings and account deletion

    Platform
    • Settings is now four clear tabs — Profile, Billing, Security and Notifications. Forms no longer stretch across the whole screen and timezone sits next to language. Security now also offers permanent account deletion with all data (GDPR), guarded by a confirmation dialog.
  41. Bots, billing & language — a big batch of improvements

    BotsBillingPlatform
    • Activate and pay for a bot right on the Bots page (the capacity slider is on each bot card). Billing moved into Settings → Billing (payment summary and invoices only).
    • Trial time now shows precisely — "6d 23h" instead of "6d". The interface language is auto-picked on first visit by country (CZ/SK → Czech, otherwise English) and Settings shows the correct active language.
    • Bots without a linked owner now nudge you to connect your Telegram for test campaigns. Subscriber export is for paid bots (import works during the trial too). The Subscribers list has a new column showing each row's bot.
  42. Onboarding: build your welcome flow on a live canvas with a phone preview

    Automations
    • Onboarding step two is now the real automations canvas — edit the Start → message flow directly, with a live phone preview on the right showing exactly what the bot sends on /start. The connected-bot card also shows the bot's real profile photo.
  43. New pricing: one plan with a subscriber slider

    Billing
    • Instead of three tiers there's now one. Drag the slider to a capacity from 1,500 to 50,000 active subscribers per bot and the price updates instantly ($50 base + $14 per 1,000). Yearly billing is 20% cheaper. Live on the landing page and in Billing — raise capacity anytime with no data loss.
  44. Latest blog posts right on your dashboard

    Platform
    • The home dashboard now shows the four newest blog posts under your bot list — they refresh automatically as we publish more. We also polished the sign-in page (snappier response after clicking “Sign in” and a clear back-to-home link).
  45. After sign-in the app stays in your language

    Platform
    • Fixed a case where part of the interface (the sidebar and top bar) stayed in English after signing in even with Czech selected. The whole app now loads in your language right after sign-in.
  46. The landing page now speaks your language

    Platform
    • The whole public landing page is now bilingual (Czech and English) and shows up in the language you've set. We added a language switcher 🌐 in the top-right — flip between Czech and English in one click, even when signed out.
  47. Automations are strictly per-bot

    Automations
    • Every automation now belongs to exactly one bot and runs only there. We removed old “global” automations that could silently run on every bot (and cause, say, a double reply).
  48. Import & export a bot's audience via CSV

    Bots
    • The bot's Audience tab now has Import and CSV buttons. Bring subscribers over from another service (e.g. SendPulse) — just upload the CSV export and the contacts are added to the bot's audience. Existing subscribers are skipped and you get a summary (added / skipped / invalid).
    • The CSV button also downloads the bot's whole audience anytime in the same format (backup or move it elsewhere).
  49. Tags: create a new one right on the contact

    BotsInbox
    • The “+” next to tags now works the same everywhere — on a contact in the inbox, in a bot's Audience tab, and on the subscriber detail. Just start typing to create and apply a new tag on the spot, with no detour to the Tags tab.
  50. Two-sided reactions, video previews and a faster inbox

    Inbox
    • Messages now show reactions from both sides — yours and the subscriber's — including who reacted, just like Telegram. The subscriber's reaction appears on its own within a few seconds.
    • We added the full set of Telegram reactions and fixed how they render (the heart is red, not black).
    • Videos and round video-notes show a preview instead of a black image — and stay light, since they only download when played.
    • The last-message preview in the conversation list (and notifications) now reads like Telegram — instead of a bare symbol you see “📹 Video message”, “🎤 Voice message”, “📷 Photo”, etc.
    • Conversations gained a quick jump-to-latest arrow.
    • The conversation list is no longer capped at 100 — it loads more as you scroll, and the counts (unread included) are accurate.
  51. Blog, scenario folders and editor niceties

    PlatformAutomations
    • A new public Blog with category filtering, search and an admin redaction backend.
    • Scenarios: a per-card actions menu (rename, duplicate, delete), plus search, sorting and folders to organise them.
    • Editor: drag from a node's output onto the canvas to add the next step; the dragged line stays visible.
    • Scenarios are active right after creation and have their own on/off switch.
    • Themed confirmation dialogs instead of the browser's, and localized error and 404 pages.
  52. Polish & fixes across the app

    InboxCampaignsPlatform
    • Conversations no longer flicker between read and unread — an open chat shows as read instantly.
    • Automations: a delete button on the flow canvas, and message previews render formatted (no raw HTML tags).
    • Times for subscribers, bots and messages now show in your timezone (not UTC).
    • The app-icon badge (PWA) now updates live on every page.
    • Numbers are grouped by language — Czech separates thousands with a space (12 500) instead of a comma.
    • Smaller fixes: contact detail, bot toggles, segment delete and campaign limits.
  53. Conversation media & smarter notifications

    Inbox
    • A built-in photo & video viewer right in the chat — swipe, download, open full size.
    • A proper voice & audio player: waveform, length up front, scrubbing and 1×/1.5×/2× speed.
    • Round video notes play in-app with a progress ring and grow while playing.
    • File previews — images and PDFs open in-app instead of only downloading.
    • Push notifications now show the sender's photo and a picture preview.
    • A faster inbox and a batch of fixes (read state, the bell, performance).
  54. Channels, localization and the home-screen app

    ChannelsPlatform
    • New Channels product — connect a channel via your bot and schedule posts (in preview).
    • Timed post actions: auto-unpin and auto-delete.
    • All dates and times now follow your chosen language.
    • A new home-screen app icon (no more black edges).
    • Automated tests and performance work for scale.
  55. Flow editor & inbox refinements

    AutomationsInboxCampaigns
    • A nicer automation editor: click to delete connections and an 'Arrange' auto-layout button.
    • Schedule campaigns with a clean calendar picker.
    • Inbox: cleaner message previews, formatting in the thread and a smart Unread filter.
  56. Big batch: flows, campaigns and the text editor

    AutomationsCampaigns
    • New flow blocks: Filter (multi-rule), Wait-for-reply with variables, API request and variable actions.
    • Quick replies (a reply keyboard) on text messages.
    • Target campaigns by a subscriber's custom variable.
    • Message editor: rich formatting (bold, italic, spoiler, link), emoji and a hide-link-preview toggle.
    • Campaign detail: a recipients list and a cleaner layout.
    • Bot statistics — an overview dashboard with charts.
    • An improved first-run experience for new users.
  57. Smarter automations and inbox

    BotsAutomationsInbox
    • Inbox: an All/Unread filter like a messenger, plus message deletion.
    • Reusable flows ('Go to flow'), a deep-link/QR trigger and a 'Typing…' element.
    • A /help knowledge base with 25 guides.
