Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TG Flows (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. This is a template provided with the MVP and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.

1. Using the Service

You may use TG Flows to connect Telegram bots, send messages, automate conversations and manage contacts, in compliance with Telegram’s Bot Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the content you send and for obtaining consent from your subscribers.

2. Accounts & trials

New workspaces include a 3-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and bot tokens secure.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal content, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or the Telegram API.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. In this MVP, billing runs in demo mode and no real charges are made. Production billing is handled by Stripe.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TG Flows is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
